1) Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
2) Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Application.
3) Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
4) Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Application.

User Generated Content: You may be able to upload, submit, or share content (including text, images, videos, and audio) through the Application (collectively, "User Content").
Ownership: You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the Application.
User Conduct: You are responsible for the content of your User Content and agree not to submit any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.

Ownership: The Application, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Application or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting a notice on the Application or by other means. Your continued use of the Application after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
